Aqua Taxi gets you closer to the Abel Tasman Coastline. Our purpose built boats are fast and can get you to those out of the way places. We've got flexibility and freedom, designed to get what you want from the Abel Tasman.

Aqua Taxi operates all year round regularly running service the entire length of the National Park, ensuring freedom for all.

Aqua Taxi departs from our Marahau beach-front base at the Abel Tasman Centre during the winter and our Kaiteriteri base is right on the beachfront. No matter which base you leave from, you can be sure the drivers will show you a good time and share some of their stories and knowledge of the Park with you, One-way fares range from $33 depending on the distance travelled.

Exclusive Charters get the undivided attention of one of our knowledgeable skippers, for a tailor-made experience of the Abel Tasman National Park. PRICE: on application.

Pack Transport is a service to our passengers that makes tramping the Abel Tasman a breeze! We can shift your packs between huts each day, leaving you to wander and explore unencumbered. PRICE: $12-15 per pack or container per trip, depending on weight. Please note we do not drop unaccompanied packs off to Mutton Cove, Totaranui or Awaroa.

Free Car Parking: We have a large off road car park at our Marahau base for passengers to leave their cars while in the park. The Aqua Taxi base is only fifteen minutes walk from the southern end of the Abel Tasman track.

Scheduled Sailings: Aqua Taxis depart Marahau and Kaiteriteri on a scenic tour to all beaches in the Park, leaving the Aqua Taxi base at 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:00 noon,1:30pm and 3.00pm. The 10:30am 12.00 noon and 3:00pm sailings are seasonal only. Please check our website for current sailing times.
